Good to know
We require vaccinations to be up to date and a recent tick & flea treatment. You'll upload these once on your pet's profile and we'll keep them on file.
Bring your own food, or buy from us — a small feeding fee applies if a brand we stock is supplied from elsewhere. Coopers will price-match.
Holiday seasons and private rooms (VIP, Family Room, Dog House) require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.

Vaccination requirements
- • Annual FVRCP booster — kittens must have their final FVRCP
- • Rabies booster
- • Flea, tick & deworm treatment valid within the last 1–3 months
If tick/flea/deworm isn't current, we can administer on-premises and add it to your bill. Sterilisation required by 6 months. No females in heat.
