Health declarations
Pets must be free of contagious disease. Any history of veterinary or behavioural problems, phobias, medications or special needs must be declared at check-in. Coopers reserves the right to cancel a booking if a pet is deemed unhealthy for our environment.
Bookings
We require a completed registration form and a copy of each pet's vaccination card. You can capture these once on your pet profile and we'll keep them on file. Holiday seasons (Easter, school holidays, December) and private rooms (VIP, Family Room, Dog House) require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before check-in for the possibility of a refund. Deposits are refundable at Coopers' discretion. No refunds for early collection.

If your pet's tick/flea/deworm treatment isn't current, we can administer it during their stay and bill it on your invoice. We stock Bravecto, Nexgard, Nexgard Spectra, Frontline, Antezole, Mediworm and Lionel's Choice.
